Replacing Your Battery

One of the biggest jobs for your cars battery is to start the engine, and once that happens the alternator takes over. When the battery starts dying it can no longer take a charge from the alternator therefore it's unable to start the car. You should bring car to our service center and have a technician test, charge, or replace your battery.

Luckily, there are some signs to alert you to a dying battery. If you notice dim interior and exterior lights, or there is a rotten smell around the battery when you open the hood it's likely that you need a replacement. Ask one of our service technicians to check that your battery is not leaking and causing corrosion around the terminals, because this can interrupt the charge to your cars ignition. It is normal to have your battery checked every time you have an oil change.
