2022 Kia Telluride New Features
One of the significant changes that Kia made to the 2022 Telluride is navigation-based smart cruise control to all trim levels. Other than that, the changes to the 2022 Telluride are contained to a couple of the crossover SUV’s trim grades- Telluride LX and Telluride S. The LX gets a new 10.25-inch split-screen infotainment display, highway driving assist, and front and rear automatic temperature control. The S gets all the changes of the LX trim and a wireless smartphone charging tray.
2022 Kia Telluride Performance
All trims (LX, EX, S, SX, and Nightfall Edition) of the 2022 Kia Telluride will get the same powertrain. A 3.8-liter V-6 engine will be attached to an eight-speed automatic transmission. It will produce 291 horsepower and 262 pound-feet of torque. Each of the 2022 Tellurides will be able to tow up to 5,000 pounds.
The future owners of the 2022 Telluride will be able to get 21 cubic feet of cargo at the back of the third row when it’s deployed for passengers. In addition, stowing the third row will open up 46 cubic feet behind the second row, and when both rear rows of seats are properly configured, up to 87 cubic feet of cargo volume can be used.
